    If you are healthy, there are no negative effects associated with EMS Training. In case you have any pre-existing conditions or acute sickness, you should abstain from training with EMS. You should also avoid EMS Training if you are pregnant, if you have acute febrile disease, or if you have a pacemaker. Furthermore if you are not allowed to do any heavy-load or extensive sports, you should avoid EMS Training.

    When can I see results?

    You will already feel vitalized after your first training session. After a few training sessions, your posture will improve. Depending on your current physical condition and nutritional behaviour, results are measurable and visible after four to six weeks of regular training, e.g., power increase, higher endurance & speed, toning. Our recommendation is 1 training session per week for the first 10 weeks. Afterwards another training session per week working on endurance can be added.
